یہ پرندے مجھے پاگل نہیں ہونے دیں گے

تو خدا ہونے کی کوشش تو کرے گا لیکن
ہم تجھے آنکھ سے اوجھل نہیں ہونے دیں گے

یار اک بار پرندوں کو حکومت دے دو
یہ کسی شہر کو مقتل نہیں ہونے دیں گے

یہ جو چہرے ہیں یہاں چاند سے چہرے تابشؔ
